Is there support available for daily living activities?
We offer a structured environment that encourages independence and allows members to maintain their daily routines. Therefore, you must be independent for all activities of daily living to be eligible.
How can I apply for a space at Hollifield Independent Living?
To apply for our independent living home, simply reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We will guide you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
Are there any age or eligibility requirements?
Hollifield Independent Living is designed for individuals who are elderly, unhoused, sober, and disabled, yet capable of independent living. We welcome inquiries to discuss specific eligibility.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We understand that pets are family too! Please contact us to discuss our pet policy and see if we can accommodate your furry friend.

Admission Eligability
- Must have verifiable income as mentioned in Must Haves above - Must be completely independent for all activities of daily living - Must be assessed in person to determine eligibility by our staff - Must have completed and signed Membership agreement, and other required paper work - Must agree to all house rules
How quickly can you move in?
Move in can be as quick as 24hrs pending eligibility assessment, income verification, all forms completed and signed and payment is received
